JEFFERY ALLEN

Managing Partner 

Jeff Allen is President and owner of Marbella Realty located in Marbella, Costa Rica. A successful entrepreneur, Jeff has developed several custom-lot residential communities in Marbella totaling more than 200 lots as well as numerous commercial buildings, retail and restaurant space, and custom homes.

Jeff is an active and influential member of the Marbella community, providing both leadership and financial support for local causes. An avid surfer, Jeff lives full-time in Marbella with his Costa Rican wife and two children.

Development of Costa Dorada is Jeff’s passion and he has displayed an unwavering commitment to using everything he has learned to create a world-class community while protecting the surrounding beauty, culture, and lifestyle of Marbella.

IAN SILVERBERG

Managing Partner 

Ian Silverberg has more than two decades of experience in both commercial and residential real estate investment/syndication and has managed successful real estate ventures in Los Angeles, Monterey, Santa Barbara, and Merced, California; Park City, Utah; Crested Butte, Colorado; Austin, Texas; Costa Rica, and New Zealand.

Ian additionally has 25 years of business ownership, management and consulting experience in various industries and strategic capacities. He has founded multiple businesses in the Wellness sector and is currently the CEO of Foundation Training, an international corrective exercise education company. Ian founded Affinity Medical Fitness, Inc., a medically integrated wellness/physical therapy clinic, and Silverberg Management, Inc., a consulting and management company. He has been awarded two patents.

Ian splits his time living in Marbella and Santa Barbara, CA, with his wife and two children. He is an avid exercise enthusiast and enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his friends and family.
